Hey Alysa! I have a great crockpot chicken dish (it's in the w family cookbook) that is so yummy to serve over pasta (or even rice). And it tastes soooo good! They'd love it!! (Call me if you want me to help you find that recipe.) And it's really quick to throw in the crockpot.
