My Dad . . . . a tribute

I stole this idea from Amanda's blog, but it was such a good idea! My dad was a hard-working man, from what I remember growing up. Honestly, he had to be because he had 10 kids. He taught us all the value of work and made sure we knew what was important in this life, our family, the gospel and our Heavenly Father. I can remember my dad whistling every morning as he got ready for his day. I loved watching him tie his shoes, maybe because his feet were so large. Most of all I love the time that I got to spend with my dad, just making memories. I loved designing pictures with him and working with him to help finish a picture. I loved it when he would try and teach me things. He always was supportive and loving, in spite of my stubborness ( who me ? :) Never! ) and genuinely wanted to help others learn. Most of all, my father taught me so much and I am grateful to him for that. I am so proud and happy for my dad and mom as they serve our Heavenly Father in Corsicana, Texas. I know that my dad is having the time of his life getting to do full time that which he loves the most, which is sharing the gospel and sharing our Heavenly Fathers love for all of his children.
