Laura, if you bring me a pair of pants, I would gladly make YOU some bum ruffle pants. :) Just because. Actually, the ruffles are super simple. You just sew a gathering stitch, or a long spaced out stitch, down the length of a piece of cloth, cut the leftover threads long and then pull on the threads until you find the one that makes "gathering" happen. Super simple. Then when your fabric is gathered how you would like, you sew it onto the pants. Easy Peasy.
