I strive to be that neighbor that you can borrow things from, especially if I know you.
Sugar, butter, milk, eggs
No Problem.
But today, I actually had to turn a person down.
Because my elderly neighbor wanted to know if I could spare a few cigarettes.
I never saw that one coming !

I don't remember where I was but when I was pregnant someone asked me if I had any cigarettes. Ummm NO, can't you see I'm PREGNANT!! Some people! Actually, I guess some people probably do smoke when pregnant.
Drat! I was totally going to borrow some from you.....
