I love how I am not in any of these pictures. I should probably get Reed to take some with me and Bronwyn.
Life is pretty normal right now, normal for having an 11 day old baby. She is up a few times a night to eat, I'm definitely getting more sleep than I did with Aftyn at first but it is still kicking my rump. I'm tired. Luckily I usually take a nap with Bronwyn when Aftyn takes her afternoon nap and that helps.
Aftyn is being her little 2 year old self, already trying to push boundaries. Good thing we love her and are here for the long haul. ;) We're just trying to spend more time with her and being very firm with her when needed. We're looking forward to our summer with GRASS in our backyard this year for Aftyn. Should be lots of fun for all of us. Sorry this is short, but my attention span in the morning isn't that long. :S Enjoy the pictures!

Those pics Alyson took are so so cute. I love how much hair little Bronwyn has. Adorable!! Wish *I * could be the one napping on the couch with her on my chest. Isn't that the best feeling?
Also, Aftyn is just a doll. I love that she "reads" to her sis. What a cutie! And Alysa, good job taking time for the naps in the afternoon... it's always so tempting to "get something done" when they're sleeping. But YOU need that time to rest, too, huh?!
I'm trying to take it easy this time around, because I remember with Aftyn having a lot of Baby Blues. And according to the instructions from my midwife, usually in those moments you either need a nap, need to eat, or haven't been drinking enough water. So I try and do whichever of those things I haven't been doing and I have always felt better so far. *fingers crossed* I guess I can clean my house or do something for myself after Aftyn goes to bed.
