Well,
I didn't have to have a colposcopy! Yay! The doctor walked in, looked at my chart, asked me a few questions, and then said she thought it was hormones. Hormones! And pretty much said that she thought the miscarriage was a fluke, (unless of course it happens again and then I will have go to an infertility clinic and have my progesterone levels checked) and that I should be fine with further pregnancies. She didn't recommend putting me on hormones, so maybe since it has gotten so much better since the last time I went and saw her last year, maybe it will only continue to get better. We'll just wait and see.
Good news for today, tomorrow is Reed's last final! Yay!! And, I think I've convinced Reed that instead of going to Iceland we should go to the Oregon Coast, specifically Cannon Beach for a week. I've been getting more and more excited about it, so maybe when Reed's done with his final tomorrow we can start seriously talking about it and looking into it. I think we would like to invite people along because I know my sister Laura would love to come.... so if anyone wants to come along, I'll let you know what dates we come up with.
AND .... my race is this Saturday! I have decided to run the 5k instead of the 10k, but I'll be running a 10k next month instead, and hopefully follow up with my half marathon the next month. I'm so excited!!!

That really is good news! I'm glad you didn't have to have the procedure done after all. Mark and I went to Cannon Beach on our honeymoon. I loved all of the places we visited on the Oregon Coast. I wish we could tag along w/ you guys for the week. Darn! Good luck w/ your races also.
I am glad you didn't have to get that yucky procedure done. And hormones is an easy problem to deal with! Great, GREAT news! You are so awesome. See you Saturday at the race. Steve says he's doing the 5k now too. We all demoted ourselves.
