The Biggest Loser Finale . . .
I just gotta say it - I'm so glad Mike didn't win! Way to come out of nowhere Helen, and blow all the competition out of the water! No one even thought Helen had a chance of winning. Way to be an underdog, and show the rest of us how to handle it humbly. Thank you and goodnight.

I can't stand Helen. She was such a whiner. Just my personal opinion.
I thot Helen's daughter was very unselfish to take herself home and let her mom stay. Helen should have stepped out of the way and let her daughter stay. I too am glad that Mike didn't win. He and his dad were pretty arrogant about the whole thing. They all look great though! and isn't that the most important thing?!
I have never seen a full season of that show, but when I have happened to catch an episode, I love it.
I like Mike! I totally wanted him to win!!
Yeah, Jenn, you're right. The point of the show was to learn to take care of themselves, learning to exercise and eat right. That's why it's motivating to watch.
BUT -
yes, Helen was a bit whiny. When she let her daughter go home so she could stay on the ranch with all its benefits, I lost some respect for her.
AND
Mike and his dad were so dang smug about the fact that Mike WOULD win the biggest loser. There was no doubt in THEIR minds about that. I can't stand smugness. He did put forth a lot of effort and did look fantastic at the finale. Reed didn't like his pants. I had to agree, something about being too form fitting. But, hey, he had some form, so why not show everyone how skinny his legs were.
