I adore the new pic of Aftyn. I do not however adore tofu.
Maybe I need to try the same recipe. I have an opinion similar to Reed's "before" opinion. I always enjoy reading your posts, Alysa!

Not to be nitpicky . . . but if you served the tofu last night then it was Monday, wasn't it? But I suppose "Tofu Monday" doesn't have quite the same ring. :)

Hmmm... tofu. I looked at the recipe, and I think all the ingredients sound tasty, minus the tofu. Just a texture thing, more than anything else. I'd probably sub in some chicken or something. ha! But good for you for making it, and good for Reed for trying it!
