That's great that she takes her own bites with no help! Big girl. (I say that because I often still break off "bite size" pieces of banana for Spence, or he'll shove the whole thing in at once!)

Hey, so sorry I missed yesterday for running. I didn't get out of YW till 10:00 and there wasn't a single person on the track. Want to go later? It was a lot of fun to run and talk with you!
I would love to go later - you missed me running a FULL 5k! Woohoo!! I was super stoked - and I forgot to mention I ran all that while pushing Aftyn in a jogging stroller. Yup. I am good. :)
